For any item that is found defective, you have a 30 day period (from when the order was shipped) to contact us for a replacement. This policy applies to any item that is confirmed defective in material or craftsmanship, when used in a household setting and cared for according to the instructions given.
*We do not offer returns or exchanges on customized products as custom order sales are final.
**Minor imperfections, wood blemishes, surface markings, slight color and grain variations are normal. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, or alteration.
